Well the time has come that Lewis Hamilton has finally won the 2018 F1 World champion! He has won his fifth F1 World Championship, which has made him joint second most successful driver in history! On Sunday, Hamilton needed to finish between first and seventh to become the champion. But of course, Lewis Hamilton came 4th making him the 2018 winner and even though through out the race Hamilton had difficulties with his tyres, it didn't stop him!🏎
It was quite close this season with Sebastian Vettel only 65 points away from being number 1 and Kimi Raikkonen only 58 Points away from Vettel. But even Hamilton's rival, Sebastian Vettel was happy for him. He told sky sports, "Not an easy day, but congrats to Lewis and his team. He did a superb job all year. We have to accept that and say congratulations. We would have liked to have hung in there longer but it was not to be." Vettel then left the sky sports man and congratulated the 2018 winner. It is fair to say, Vettel did try to keep up with Hamilton, but he knows for next year he will have to push harder to get that fifth win as well!🏁
There's only 2 more races left in the season and who would've thought that this year has been eventful. So, Congratulations Lewis Hamilton and let's see if you will be the 2019 World Champion as well!😉🙌
